We have also given our contribution to the process of building and advancing the food safety system in the Republic of Croatia. For the Croatian Food Agency (HAH), which is one of the main links in the food safety system, we produced a crisis communication strategy for the notification of risks in the area of food safety and an Action plan for the notification of risks in the area of food safety.
Frequently, we educate the top individuals of the leading Croatian companies under domestic or foreign ownership. We prepare them for public appearances, presentations, media appearances, as well as for guest appearances in TV shows. As part of preparation of the initial public offering (IPO) of the leading alternative telecom operator, Optima telekom, we prepared for their Management a media training course and prepared them for appearances in front of journalists and investors. Working on this project, we contributed to the development of the securities market in the Republic of Croatia.
